How It Started
Troy Norris - Chief Wellbeing Officer
Troy W. Norris is a Harvard-trained scientist, published researcher, and founder of the WellBalance Institute for Positive Wellbeing. A certified life, health and wellness coach, he created the WellBalance Model to recommend science-backed wellbeing practices personalized to each person’s unique life situation. His research has been published in peer-reviewed journals and presented at leading science conferences. Troy developed the WellBalance Method while navigating his own path from burnout and breakdown to fulfillment and flourishing.
